1:00 – 5:00 PM: Welcome Center

Pick up an informational packet on the neighborhood and a listing of homes for sale that will be open for viewing.  View presentations of the neighborhood.  Talk with city assessor on tax abatement for new residents. Take Shuttle Bus Tours of the neighborhood featuring amenities and some of the homes for sale. Make self-guided visits of Open Houses home listings that are for sale.

Directions: The North Rosedale Park Community House is located three blocks west of the Southfield Freeway and four blocks north of Grand River.  Take Glastonbury from Grand River. Look for the signs.
